Local pickup is encouraged on this item, although I am willing to ship if necessary. Please be aware that the item will be shipped with a freight company, basically assembled, and secured to a pallet. PLEASE email me

You will also need to have someone available to sign off that the item was delivered in good condition. Please do not accept a delivery on an item that appears to be damaged, as we will have no recourse once you sign off that you have accepted the package as it is.
