    A medal of St. Philomena, virgin and martyr, whose relics were discovered in one of the Catacombs in Rome in 1802, and whose devotion was made popular by St. John Vianney, with a third-class relic embedded in the back side as shown. (That is a piece of cloth touched to the saint's remains).  Comes with attaching pin and a laminated card with a novena prayer included.
